All life insurance products offered by DearTime are underwritten and effected by DearTime. DearTime is an approved participant in the Bank Negara Malaysia Fintech Regulatory Sandbox to conduct life insurance business. Upon successful completion of the sandbox live-testing, DearTime aims to be licensed by the Ministry of Finance under Financial Services Act 2013 to be a full-fledged digital life insurer.
Changes to Our Business Operations
DearTime is completing its participation in Bank Negara Malaysia Regulatory Sandbox. As part of the terms of participation, DearTime will no longer accept new insurance application and policy renewal starting from 3rd August 2025.
Rest assured, your policy purchased before 3rd August 2025 will remain active until the next renewal date. We will continue servicing you including any enquiry and claim while your policy is active.
